ahaṃ vaiśvānaro bhūtvā prāṇināṃ dehamāśritaḥ |
prāṇāpānasamāyuktaḥ pacāmyannaṃ caturvidham ||15-14||
I alone, dwelling in the bodies of all beings as the Vaishvanara fire, digest the four kinds of food in union with Prana and Apana.
