Mokṣasaṃnyāsa Yoga · śloka 25
anubandhaṃ kṣayaṃ hiṃsāmanapekṣya ca pauruṣam |
mohādārabhyate karma yattattāmasamucyate ||18-25||
That action which is undertaken merely out of delusion, without considering the consequence, harm, harm to others and one's own capacity—that action is called Tamasic.
