na tadasti pṛthivyāṃ vā divi deveṣu vā punaḥ |
sattvaṃ prakṛtijairmuktaṃ yadebhiḥ syāttribhirguṇaiḥ ||18-40||
There is no being on earth or among the deities in heaven that is free from these three Gunas born of Prakriti.
