yadā yadā hi dharmasya glānirbhavati bhārata |
abhyutthānamadharmasya tadātmānaṃ sṛjāmyaham ||4-7||
O Bharata! Whenever there is decline of Dharma and rise of adharma, then I manifest Myself.
