Sāṃkhya Yoga · śloka 26
atha cainaṃ nityajātaṃ nityaṃ vā manyase mṛtam |
tathāpi tvaṃ mahābāho naivaṃ śocitumarhasi ||2-26||
And even if you consider the Atman to be constantly born and constantly dying, O mighty-armed one! It is not fitting for you to grieve thus.
