avyaktād vyaktayaḥ sarvāḥ prabhavantyaharāgame |
rātryāgame pralīyante tatraivāvyaktasaṃjñake ||8-18||
At the dawn of Brahma's day, the manifest world (of moving and unmoving beings) arises from the unmanifest; and at the coming of his night, it merges into that same unmanifest.
