yajñe tapasi dāne ca sthitiḥ saditi cocyate |
karma caiva tadarthīyaṃ sadityevābhidhīyate ||17-27||
Steadfastness in sacrifice, austerity and charity is also called Sat, and action performed for His (the Paramatman's) sake is also called Sat.
